Bioinformatikprogram til nemt at navigere de novo-samlingsgrafer

Bandage er en grafisk brugerflade, som tillader at brugere kan interagere med samlingsgraferne lavet af de novo-samlere såsom Velvet, SPAdes, MEGAHIT og andre.

De novo-samlingsgrafer indeholder ikke kun samlede konfigurationer men også forbindelserne mellem disse, som tidligere ikke var nemt tilgængelige.
