Trådløs dæmon for Linux
INet Wireless Daemon (iwd) er en minimalistisk trådløs dæmon, der bruger moderne Linuxgrænseflader såsom cfg80211 og nl80211 (netlink). Dæmonen tilbyder en D-Bus-API.
Dæmonen kan kontrolleres fra kommandolinjen med det inkluderede iwctl-klientredskab.
Det inkluderede iwmon-redskab kan bruges til at overvåge 802.11-undersystemets generiske kommandoer og hændelser. Det bruger kernedriveren nlmon fra Linux3.10 og senere.
