FastCGI 프로세스 소환기

FastCGI 프로세스를 웹 서버 프로세스와 분리할 수 있게 합니다:

 * chmod된 소켓을 손쉽게 만들 수 있습니다.
 * suid-binary 없이 권한을 분리하거나 서버를 루트로
   실행할 수 있습니다.
 * 다른 것들을 재실행하지 않고 웹 서버와 FastCGI
   어플리케이션을 재실행할 수 있습니다.
 * 서로 다른 chroot()에서 실행할 수 있습니다.
 * FastCGI 어플리케이션 실행은 실행중인 웹 서버에
   의존하지 않기때문에 다른 웹 서버로 FastCGI
   어플리케이션을 쉽게 테스트하고 마이그레이션 할 수
   있습니다.
