GNU 프라이버시 가드 - 네트워크 인증서 관리 서비스

dirmngr은 OpenPGP 및 X.509 인증서뿐만 아니라 인증서와 관련된 업데이트 및 상태 신호를 관리하고 다운로드하기 위한 서버입니다. OpenPGP의 경우, 공용 HKP/HKPS 키서버 또는 LDAP 서버에서 가져오는 것을 의미합니다. X.509의 경우, Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs) 및 Online Certificate Status Protocoal updates (OCSP)가 포함됩니다. 네트워크 엑세스를 위해 Tor를 사용할 수 있습니다.
