블록 레이어 IO 추적을 위한 유틸리티

blktrace는 사용자 공간까지 요청 큐 작업에 대한 자세한 정보를 제공하는 블록 레이어 IO 추적 메커니즘입니다. 제공되는 세가지 주요 콤포넌트가 있습니다.

blktrace: 커널에서 장기 on-disk 스토리지로 이벤트 추적을 보내거나 (blkparse를 통해) 직접 포맷된 출력을 제공하는 유틸리티.

blkparse: 파일에 저장된 이벤트를 포맷하거나 라이브 모드에서 실행될 때 blktrace로 수집된 데이타를 직접 출력하는 유틸리티.

iowatcher: 블록 I/O 패턴을 시각화하는 유틸리티. IO 패턴과 성능 시각화에 도움이 되는 blktrace 실행을 통해 그래프를 생성합니다. 여러 blktrace 실행을 함께 플로팅할 수 있어 서로 다른 벤치마크 실행간에 차이를 쉽게 비교할 수 있습니다.
