이 패키지는 (이 패키지에 포함된) 소스 파일에서 로케일 정의를 생성할 수 있는 도구를 포함합니다. 어떤 정의가 실제로 생성될 지 사용자가 정할 수 있습니다. 기본적으로 생성된 모든 로케일과 함께, 이 패키지 사용방법에 따라 공간을 절약 할 수 있습니다. 이 패키지는 풀었을 때 30메가바이트가 넘는 패키지를 만듭니다.
