rimuove comandi LaTeX dall'input

Questo programma rimuoverà "alcuni comandi LaTeX" da un file (opzionalmente tenterà di rimuovere anche tutti i comandi matematici). Ha anche un'opzione per rispettare i comandi \input e \include contenuti nel file. L'input viene letto da file e i risultati sono inviati allo standard output.
