suite FRRouting - supporto SNMP

Aggiunge il supporto per SNMP ai demoni di FRR attaccandosi a snmpd di net-snmp tramite il protocollo AgentX. Fornisce l'accesso in sola lettura allo stato corrente del routing tramite MIB SNMP standard.
