tipizzazione statica opzionale per Python

Aggiunge annotazioni di tipo nei programmi in Python e usa mypy per controllarle. Mypy è essenzialmente un linter con gli steroidi per Python e può individuare molti errori di programmazione analizzando il programma, senza doverlo veramente eseguire. Mypy ha un potente sistema di tipi con funzionalità come inferenza di tipo, tipizzazione graduale, tipi Union e Generic.
