backport del modulo subprocess della stdlib da Python 3 a Python 2

Questo è un backport del modulo subprocess di Python 3.2 per sostituire il modulo subprocess della stdlib delle versioni di Python da 2.4 a 2.7, fortemente raccomandato per sistemi POSIX. Comprende un'estensione in C usata internamente per gestire il code path tra fork() ed exec(), che è più affidabile quando un'applicazione usa i thread. È compreso anche il backport della gestione dei timeout da Python 3.3. Per informazioni di base vedere PEP-324.
