Opstarter af FastCGI-processer

Spawn-fcgi gør det muligt at adskille FastCGI-processer fra webserver- processer:

 * Nem oprettelse af chmod'et sokkel.
 * Adskillelse af privilegier uden behov for en binær suid, eller
   kørsel af server som root.
 * Du kan genstarte din webserver og FastCGI-programmerne uden at
   genstarte de andre.
 * Du kan køre dem i adskilte chroot()s.
 * Kørsel af dine FastCGI-programmer afhænger ikke af den webserver
   som du kører, hvilket tillader nemmere test af/flytning til andre
   webservere.
