GNu R-skabelonmodelbygger - generelt værktøj for vilkårlige effekter

Med dette værktøj bør en bruger hurtigt kunne implementere komplekse og vilkårlige effektmodeller via simple C++-skabeloner. Pakken kombinerer »CppAD« (C++-automatisk differentiation), »Eigen« (skabelonopbygget matrix-vektor bibliotek) og »CHOLMOD« (rumlige matrixrutiner tilgængelige fra R) til at indhente en effektiv implementering af den anvendte Laplace-tilnærmelse med præcise afledninger. Nøglefunktioner er: Automatisk sparsseness-registrering, parallelisme via »BLAS« og parallelle brugerskabeloner.
