R-grænseflade til JAGS Bayesian-statistisk pakke

Rjags tillader at kalde JAGS-kode fra R for at estimere Bayesian-statistiske modeller via Gibbs-samling. Sammen med pakken coda er det muligt for forskere at opsætte data i R, afvikle en model angivet i sproget JAGS/BUGS på dataene og så udføre efterestimerigsanalyse via R's værktøjer.
