GNU R - permutationer for flersæt i Cool-Lex-rækkefølge

Et sæt af værktøjer til at permute flersæt uden løkker eller hash-tabeller og til at oprette heltalspartitioner. Permutationsfunktionerne er baseret på C-kode fra Aaron Williams. Cool-lex-rækkefølgen svarer til colexicographical-rækkefølge. Algoritmen er beskrevet i Williams, A. Loopless Generation of Multiset Permutations by Prefix Shifts. SODA 2009, Symposium on Discrete Algorithms, New York, United States. Permutationskoden er distribueret uden begrænsninger. Koden for stabil og effektiv beregning af multinomiale koefficienter kommer fra Dave Barber. Koden han hentes fra <http://tamivox.org/dave/multinomial/index.html> og distribueres uden betingelser. Pakken opretter også heltalspartitioner for et positiv, ej nul heltal n. C++-koden for dette er baseret på Pythonkode fra Jerome Kelleher, der kan findes her <http://jeromekelleher.net/category/combinatorics.html>. C++-koden og Pythonkoden distribueres uden betingelser.
