Pythonpakke til at læse og kalibrere NOAA AVHRR GAC-data

Pygac læser NOAA AVHRR Global Area Coverage-data (GAC)og udfører moderne kalibrering og navigation.

Det skal bemærkes at pygac forventer at Level 1b-filen indeholder et normalt GAC-teksthoved og dataposter, formatet for denne er nævnt i de officielle NOAA POD- og KLM-datavejledninger. Brugeren bør ikke foranstille et andet teksthoved (f.eks. under overførsel af GAC-data fra CLASS-arkiv etc.) til L2b-filen.
