Python 3-grænseflade for libapt-pkg

Python 3-grænsefladen apt_pkg vil tilbyde fuld adgang til den interne struktur for libapt-pkg, og dermed tillade at Python 3-programmer nemt kan udføre en række funktioner såsom:

 - Adgang til APT-konfigurationssystemet
 - Adgang til APT-pakkeinformationsdatabasen
 - Fortolkning af Debians pakkekontrolfiler, og andre filer med en lignende
   struktur

Den inkluderede Pythongrænseflade aptsources giver en abstraktion af konfigurationen for sources.list på arkiv- og distributionsniveau.
