Bibliotek med frie naturlige sprogbehandlingsværktøjer

Libvoikko er et bibliotek med frie naturlige sprogbehandlingsværktøjer. Det forsøger at tilbyde understøttelse for sprog, der ikke er godt understøttet af andre eksisterende frie sprogværktøjer.

Biblioteket understøtter flere motorer, hvoraf VFST og HFST er aktiveret i standardbygningen:

 - VFST (Finite state tranducer format): brugt for finsk morfologi og
   som en eksperimentel sproguafhængig motor
 - HFST (Helsinki Finite-State Transducer Technology): understøtter ZHFST-
   stavningsarkiver for diverse sprog
 - Eksperimentelle motorer: Vægtet VFST og Lttolbox

Libvoikko tilbyder stavekontrol, orddeling, grammatikkontrol og morfologisk analyse for finsk. Stavekontrol er understøttet for andre sprog via HFST-motoren.
