Html2text er en omdanner fra HTML til klartekst.

Html2text læser HTML-dokumenter angivet i kommandolinjen (eller fra standardinddata), konverterer hver af dem i til en strøm af klarteksttegn og skriver resultatet til filen eller terminalen.

Html2text blev skrevet da forfatteren ikke var glad for resultatet fra »lynx -dump«, så han skrev noget bedre.
