DRC er et program brugt til at oprette korrektionsfiltre for akustik kompensation i HiFi- og lydsystemer generelt, inklusive kompensation for lytterum. Programmet opretter alene FIR-korrektionsfiltre, som kan bruges med en realtids eller frakoblet folder (»convolver«) for realtids eller frakoblet korrektion.
DRC tilbyder ikke foldningsfunktioner og tilbyder kun nogle forenklede, selvom ret så præcise måleværktøjer.
