Dcm2niix er efterfølgeren til dcm2nii, et populært værktøj for konvertering af billeder fra de kompilerede formater brugt af skannerproducenter (DICOM, PAR/REC) til det simplere NIfTI-format brugt af mange videnskabelige værktøjer.
