Opretter C-bindinger fra Rust-kilde

Cbindgen kan bruges til at oprette C-bindinger for Rust-kode. Bliver i øjeblikket udviklet til at understøtte oprettelse af bindinger for WebRender (af Mozilla for Firefox), men er designet til at understøtte alle projekter.

Funktioner:

 * Bygger bindinger for en crate, dens mods, dens afhængige crates og
   deres mods
 * Kun de nødvendige typer for udsatte funktioner får bindinger
 * Kan angive annotationer for kontrol af nogle aspekter af binding
 * Understøttelse for generiske strukturer og fællesmængder
 * Understøttelse for eksport af konstanter og statistik
 * Tilpasset formatering, kan bruges i C- eller C++-projekter
 * Understøttelse for oprettelse af #ifdef's for #[cfg]-attributter
 * Understøttelse for #[repr(sized)]-mærkede enum'er
