Tillader programmer der ikke kører som administrator at bind() til lave porte

Denne pakke tillader at en pakke startes som ikkeadministrator (non-root) men som stadig bindes til lave porte, uden nogen ændringer for programmet.

Dette opnås med LD_PRELOAD.
