Bioconductor - resumestatistik for rækker og kolonner for rumlige tabeller

Højtydende funktioner for række og kolonne-operationer på rumlige tabeller. For eksempel: col /rowMeans2, col / rowMedians, col / rowVars etc. I øjeblikket er optimeringerne begrænset til data i kolonnens rumlige (sparse) format. Denne pakke er inspireret af pakken matrixStats af Henrik Bengtsson.
