Dette programbibliotek implementerer formler til at beregne, givet en eksperimentelt opsætning, de forventede røntgenfluorescensintensisteter. Biblioteket tager højde for sekundær og tertiær excitation, K, L og M-skalemissionlinjer og de-excitation kaskadeeffekter.
