Obsahuje programy ncdump a ncgen, které konvertují soubory NetCDF do formátu ASCII a zpět. NetCDF (network Common Data Form) je rozhraní pro přístup k vědeckým datům a svobodně distribuované knihovně softwaru, která poskytuje implementaci rozhraní.
