Fence Agents for Red Hat Cluster - RCD serial agent
Red Hat Fence Agents is a collection of scripts to handle remote power management for several devices. They allow failed or unreachable nodes to be forcibly restarted and removed from the cluster.
fence_rcd_serial operates a serial cable that toggles a reset of an opposing server using the reset switch on its motherboard. The cable itself is simple with no power, network or moving parts.
