libapt-pkg 的 Python 3 接口

apt_pkg Python 3 接口提供对 libapt-pkg 内部结构的完全访问，从而帮助 Python 3 程序容易地实现一系列操作，例如：

 - 访问 APT 配置系统
 - 访问 APT 软件包信息数据库
 - 解析 Debian 软件包控制文件及其它具有类似结构的文件

内含的“aptsources”Python 接口提供了对 sources.list 配置在软件源和发行版层面 上的抽象。
