ferramentas para manusear o formato bitstream de FPGAs Lattice iCE40

O projeto IceStorm procura documentar o formato de bitstream dos FPGAs Lattice iCE40 e fornecer ferramentas simples para analisar e criar arquivos bitstream.

O projeto foca nos chips iCE40 LP/HX 1K/4K/8K. As versões iCE40 UltraPlus também são suportadas, incluindo DSPs, osciladores, RGB e SPRAM. As versões iCE40 LM, Ultra e UltraLite ainda não são suportadas.

Este pacote contém várias ferramentas necessárias mara manusear o bitstream.
