SubunitTestProgressListener for CPPUnit - Development headers

subunit is a protocol for test activity reporting. The SubunitTestProgressListener permits outputting Subunit from a CPPUnit test suite.

The libcppunit-subunit-dev package contains the C++ development headers, pkgconfig data file and a static version of the library.
